Scott Martineau is the owner and inspector for A1 Utah Home Inspector. Scott has 25 years of business experience including an extensive career in the residential mortgage industry; he has built and helped build several homes; and spent a few years building cabinets.

I know what it means to provide A1 customer service. The Home Inspection business is no different than any other business I have successfully operated. There is a balance to keep the buyers, the sellers, and all realtors and agents happy and on the same page. Communication is paramount, and it is my goal to provide a thorough and detailed report, but not to exaggerate my findings, or impose my opinions or recommendations, unless asked.
